How Mid-Hudson Subaru Created a Moment That Truly Mattered

Under the leadership of Matthew Panaro, General Manager, and Marion Henson, Share the Love Coordinator, Mid-Hudson Subaru recently brought the Subaru Love Promise to life in a deeply personal and unforgettable way for one of the individuals we support.

Meet Jojo

Jojo is a member of Greystone Programs’ Club COOL, where she enjoys connecting with peers and expressing herself through creativity.

Art and bracelet making are more than hobbies for Jojo, they are calming, meaningful ways for her to express her feelings and build confidence. When Jojo creates, she feels proud, centered, and empowered.

Mid-Hudson Subaru contacted Jojo’s mom and invited her and Jojo to the dealership for a surprise. What made this moment extraordinary was the thought and heart behind it. Internally, the Mid-Hudson Subaru team came together to purchase an art supply kit and a bracelet-making kit based on Jojo’s interests. They also signed a card filled with messages of encouragement and holiday wishes, creating something meaningful just for her.

The gifts were presented to Jojo and her mom with care, and Jojo was over the moon. She felt welcomed, celebrated, and seen. By listening and responding with intention, the Mid-Hudson Subaru team showed what it truly means to share the love.
