$20 PER DAY or $100 PER WEEK

PARENT/GUARDIAN MUST PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION and LUNCH as well as SNACKS. Medication administration is available, but arrangements MUST be made with the Assistant Day Services Supervisor PRIOR to program attendance.
