Since 1979, Greystone Programs has served as a beacon of hope and empowerment for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities throughout the Hudson Valley. Founded by the visionary Marc W. Kelley, we opened New York State’s first community-based group home paving the way for inclusive, person-centered care.

Guided by our mission of enriching lives one person at a time, our team of over 400 dedicated professionals supports more than 650 children, adults, and families across seven counties. We offer a wide range of services, including residential programs, community-based skill development, day habilitation without walls, expressive arts therapies, job coaching, and innovative technologies—all designed to foster independence, connection, and a life each person deserves.
