About the event
Join Topfield Center and Greystone Programs to learn about programs for individuals with disabilities and how families can access them.
Topics will include:
– Overview of Topfield’s programs and their benefits for participants
– How Greystone supports families and caregivers in navigating OPWDD, Medicare Self-Direction, and other available resources
Parents, families, and caregivers are welcome. Light refreshments will be served. Arrive at 12 noon for the presentation, at 1:00 pm, participants are invited to join our Topfield Open Barn Tour. View a therapeutic riding session in action, join a scavenger hunt, and meet horses, mini horses, donkey, and barn cats.
