Lucia from Lace Photo Media took a leap in 2017 and recently shared her experience with us. "It happened to be an absolutely beautiful, warm Spring day and there was definitely buzz and excitement in the air, with lots of first-time leapers. I remember meeting Greystone Programs team members, while meeting new and seasoned 'leapers' for the cause. The instructors were very helpful and walked us all extensively through the process beforehand. There was food and music, with bystanders excited to take pictures of their loved ones. The actual dive was surprisingly not as intimidating as I thought, although once the parachute cord was pulled, I remember thinking, 'What did I just do?' haha! It really was such a unique experience and the views of the Shawangunk mountains and rolling Gardiner landscapes are a sight to behold. I loved the cause and hoped to bring support and visibility to the services that Greystone Programs offered" Thank you, Lucia, for sharing your journey and for your dedication to making a difference.
